They are high in energy and starch, making them an excellent and cost-effective stock feed. They can be fed whole or mixed into rations and are readily accepted by all classes of livestock. Hominy corn meal (also known as hominy meal) is a byproduct of the corn milling process that includes the bran, germ, and softer starchy portions of the corn kernel.
